The Career Confused Challenge

You're talented. You have experience. You've done things, made things, shown up for things.

You've poured yourself into work that mattered — maybe for years. Maybe for decades.

And yet.

I know what career confused feels like because I've been living it for years.

I spent two decades in fashion, beauty, editorial, and tech. I showed up fully for every role. I was good at it. And then I walked away from a company I co-founded — one I had raised half a million dollars to build — because it was the right thing to do.

I left with my integrity intact and absolutely no idea what came next.

I told myself: I've done this before. I'll figure it out.

And I have been figuring it out. Slowly. Circling. Trying things. Dismissing things. Coming back to things I was too afraid to name out loud.

I'm not fully out of it. I want to be honest about that.

What I am is clearer than I've ever been — because I kept returning to the same framework every time the fog rolled back in. Every time I outgrew one answer and needed a new one. Every time what I thought I wanted turned out to be a stepping stone to what I actually wanted.

This challenge is that framework. The one I wish someone had handed me the day I walked out the door.

It won't give you a final answer. It will give you the next right one.

And sometimes that's everything.
